Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
If canceled within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 10 business days.


Return Policy

You may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

To initiate a return, email us at support@wellizor.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Important Notes:

  • We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items caused by normal use or misuse.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns made after 60 days may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected (within 10 business days), refunds will be issued within up to 40 business days. If you haven't received your refund after confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider.

All refunds are processed in USD. Customers are responsible for any currency exchange or international transaction fees.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging.

  • Only items with actual product damage (not packaging damage alone) are eligible for a replacement at no cost.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage due to regular use or misuse.


Product Use & Safety

Please use all products according to the instructions provided on our website and packaging. Improper use may result in injury or product failure. If discomfort occurs, stop using the product and contact us. Any refunds or replacements under such conditions are at our discretion.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, and we aim to ship as quickly as possible—usually within 1–3 business days.
Tracking information is provided for every order.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Contact your courier directly for assistance in such cases.
